I like how FuseSign makes online document signing more efficient by integrating with my existing accounting software, specifically CAS360 and Xero Practice Manager. I appreciate the easy-to-build templates for standard PDF forms, which allow clients to complete and sign forms all in one go. I can apply a template that places the text boxes on the document for clients to fill in before signing, saving me time from manually adding text boxes or signing locations to the standard forms and documents I use regularly. Setting up FuseSign was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to have better options to setup customised reminders for clients to sign outstanding documents. The main other improvement would be with the integration with CAS360. At the moment, any signing packs generated and sent out via the integration will go out separately. There is no way to add further documents into this pack. Where I have documents to sign, some from CAS360 and some from other sources, it is not possible to send out in one go, in one pack. It has to be done in separate packs.
