"FuseBase Apps Makes It Easy to Build and Deploy Custom Tools—No Developer Needed"
5/5
What do you like best about FuseBase?

Apps is a standout. I get to describe a feature in plain English, an AI agent builds it on top of my FuseBase databases, and I test it locally and deploy it. Access is set per feature (public, members only or managers only), so the permissions I'd already set up carry over. It means I can build tools I'd otherwise pay a developer for, like a planner and CPD tracker for physiotherapists. The user interface is intuitive and the client portals are very helpful. What do you dislike about FuseBase?

Nothing so much about how the product works, the frequent updates offer better solutions for what I am doing, which has me pivot to utilise them, which on the balance is a decision I am happy with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A cutting-edge operational platform that rapidly innovates with AI and client portals"
5/5
What do you like best about FuseBase?

FuseBase has successfully evolved from a simple workspace into a versatile operational platform built to drive value across the entire organization. Its greatest asset is how fast it adopts cutting-edge technology—integrating white-labeled client portals, databases, and autonomous AI agents to automate workflows and consolidate multiple tools into a single dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

Because the platform advances so quickly, there is an unavoidable learning curve when first getting started. Additionally, the official documentation and help guides occasionally lag behind new feature releases, requiring a bit of extra time to explore and master updates independently. "Versatile Knowledge Base with Seamless Client Portals"
5/5
What do you like best about FuseBase?

I love how customizable and versatile FuseBase is. It starts as a blank canvas but can serve as a knowledge store, database, article generator, team management, client management, and custom app platform. I also find creating different workspaces for different businesses or projects and organizing information easily very beneficial. FuseBase's AI agents are a game changer for searching and creating content. The integration with G-Suite and the API functionality with our internal tools adds great flexibility. Additionally, having client-facing portals behind a secure login improves our business processes significantly. The support from their team was crucial in helping us figure things out initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

I wish there were templates or themes for different business use-cases or common applications that we could "one-click" deploy and customize instead of building it from the ground up on a blank canvas. A wizard-like functionality to get onboarded, learn about, and customize FuseBase would be great. Initially, the setup wasn't very easy as it came out of the box as a blank canvas, but with help, we figured it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally got all my work in one place"
4/5
What do you like best about FuseBase?

Honestly the fact that everything is in one space now. I use to jump between so many apps and i would lose track of stuff all the time. Now I connect Claude, tell it what I need, agree to it and it builds it. Im using it for my Prompt Bible which has a frontend and database all managed on fusebase and I didnt have to build any of it from scratch. When I need to change something I just ask Claude again. What do you dislike about FuseBase?

Theres a bit of a learning curve and I havent tried every feature yet. Some more beginner guides would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"FuseBase for Palliative Care Coordination"
4/5
What do you like best about FuseBase?

The AI Apps with backend support let a non-technical palliative care team build a custom symptom tracker in plain language—logging pain, dyspnea, anxiety, and alertness scores, with automatic trajectory-shift flags that replace hours of manual chart review. White-labeled family portals centralize care plans, medication schedules, and advance directives in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

The mobile experience is the biggest gap. The existing Nimbus iOS app is dated and lacks AI, agents, and automation compared to the browser version. For bedside and home-visit logging, this is a real limitation. Also, HIPAA compliance and a BAA are gated behind Enterprise pricing at $20k+/year. The AppSumo lifetime deal provides functional access only—not legal permission to handle PHI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible platform for our sales team"
5/5
What do you like best about FuseBase?

Really love deal rooms. Their flexibility has changed a lot for us. We work with companies across different industries, so not every buyer needs the same info. We can tailor each deal room with the right content instead of overwhelming prospects with things that aren’t relevant to them.

I also didn’t expect FuseBase apps to be such a useful addition. I thought it would be much harder, but I’ve created a business case calculator based on our meetings in a few days! After a sales call, I usually upload the recording to FuseBase for transcription. Then I use AI Assistant to create a summary or meeting notes. That helped me to stop replaying the whole call, so now I can quickly review the key points, objections, and next steps or prepare a follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

The mobile experience could be stronger. I often work on the go, so having easier access to sales materials from my phone would be really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Management with Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about FuseBase?

I really like how FuseBase consolidates and centralizes all project management tasks, making it easy and cost-effective to manage everything in one place. The customer support team is excellent; they are knowledgeable, nice, and always willing to help, even with what might seem like stupid questions. It's like having a command center for my work, allowing me to build my whole company on this product with everything centralized, which I find incredibly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

Sometimes there are synchronization issues, but it's mostly a configuration that you have to figure out and fix. It doesn't really bother me because it works, but it's something that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely Flexible Platform with Powerful Integrations and Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about FuseBase?

Extreme flexibility to configure, build and host apps and products that are customized for my business. There is excellent, detailed support and good documentation. Intelligent use of AI to power features, and the integration and inclusion of Paperclip and n8n is powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

Nothing to dislike, but like any product with a rich feature set, it takes time to master. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customize Client Portal for Agencies"
5/5
What do you like best about FuseBase?

What I find most useful is the sleek style and use of the client portals. It is web based, and operates almost like a personalized website with a login. That is just the client facing portal. It also has a admin and user backend with granular user rights. The backend is a workspace for admin/user and teams. This is where you store uploaded files, add tasks, and even embeds. Then you can choose to link these, or show these on the customer facing portal. The plan I have allows for multiple client facing portals, and multiple workspaces. This allows for flexibility in customizing multiple portals, for different purposes. Set-up and implementation was easy. Customer support has always been responsive. I have contacted support multiple times throughout the year, and always received a quick and professional response. I will definitely recommend FuseBase, for any of my mentioned uses, and many other uses, as it is quite versatile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

Some of the downside would be learning and using of all the features it offers. Basic set up and use was quite easy. Although, I have been using it for a little over a year, and I am still finding and learning new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One place for internal and external communications"
5/5
What do you like best about FuseBase?

FuseBase is one of the few software solutions that truly feels like a Swiss Army knife. It serves as both an internal and external knowledge base, a CRM, a communication hub, and a client portal. You can also use it for collecting e-signatures, sharing files, and leveraging AI agents, all of which help you create a comprehensive all-in-one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

The speed of the platform is good, though I wouldn't say it's the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
