Our training delivery model has improved in terms of user engagement due to gamification features added in it. I have not tried any other gamification tool so for m this is best tool ever used. **What do you dislike about Funifier?** Nothing as of now as I am new to this tool. Ease of use and time take to adapt is quite good. We did not have any issues that required support from Funifier. All I know is that Funifier provides enhanced experience while attending virtual training. **What problems is Funifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** We organise mainly virtual training post the pandemic and we struggled to improve the online classroom engagement for 2 years. We were looking for a solution to enhance the user engagement so that it will imporve the learning experience of our client. Funifier provie the exact soultion for the same. The interface is clean and it provides a lot of widgets that you can use to help motivate your team members! **What do you dislike about Funifier?** I think my biggest critique about Funifier is probably the fact that data retention is only for a few months (depends on your plan can range from 6 months to only 2 months). The best part is easy of connection between colleagues and workflow. The adoption process is not a hazzle. My Teams engagement did increase after trying it out. With sentiment in the workplace so important, employees sometimes feel outcasted when they aren't in the top percentage.
