I wish the invoice creation feature in FreshBooks was more versatile, akin to how Excel works, allowing more flexibility and functionality. Additionally, when I canceled my FreshBooks subscription, I lost access to all my old invoices and customer data. 3rd party integrations... I wish I could just have contracts in here, that's the only missing piece. It's what as made moving over to HoneyBooks very tempting and still an option in the back of my mind. Price is also very high, considering how the economic landscape is right now.
