
I liked the fact that I could customize it to my business and that it looked beautiful. I did appreciate that the support team would try hard to help us with issues, and they try to correct bugs as fast as they can, but ultimately, it just was unworkable. This is the buggiest software proposal out there. The amount of frustration it caused my team and the number of hours it cost me is huge. Customer service would try, but they also wanted me to spend time making screen recordings of the issue. And it was also inconsistent. Sometimes it would work, other times the same bugs would present themselves over and over again. We had phantom pages that would appear with a random pricing table. Images that were stored in their media library would somehow break and disappear. While they would often address it, it took hours that you don't have when you're trying to get proposals out the door. I
We have switched to using a document functionality in our CRM for this. While it lacks a few bells and whistles, we have virtually no issues and get most of the same functionality that Fresh proposals promised but couldn't deliver on.
You have to pay for a year at a time, and we had just renewed, so I'm out a couple of grand for this year. I think that if the software is unworkable, they should pro-rate. refund. I will adjust my rating if they provide that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
