I did appreciate that the support team would try hard to help us with issues, and they try to correct bugs as fast as they can, but ultimately, it just was unworkable. I appreciate the efforts of Yami P. in general, in trying to address this, but at it's heart, it's very flawed. **What do you dislike about Fresh Proposals?** This is the buggiest software proposal out there. The amount of frustration it caused my team and the number of hours it cost me is huge. Customer service would try, but they also wanted me to spend time making screen recordings of the issue. And it was also inconsistent. Sometimes it would work, other times the same bugs would present themselves over and over again. We had phantom pages that would appear with a random pricing table. Images that were stored in their media library would somehow break and disappear. While they would often address it, it took hours that you don't have when you're trying to get proposals out the door. I We have switched to using a document functionality in our CRM for this. While it lacks a few bells and whistles, we have virtually no issues and get most of the same functionality that Fresh proposals promised but couldn't deliver on. You have to pay for a year at a time, and we had just renewed, so I'm out a couple of grand for this year. I think that if the software is unworkable, they should pro-rate. refund. They can be broad or personalized to each client/proposal -Customer Support is extremely fast and detailed. Amit has spent time sending over step by step with screenshots to help me figure out a better workflow. -The WYSIWYG editor is easy to get the hang of and allows you to design exactly what you need **What do you dislike about Fresh Proposals?** Sometimes the proposal editor can automatically snap or align things where you don't initially want them. Some features I really enjoyed was the automated proposal creation at scale with dynamic customization, instant pricing updates, and built-in eSignature—all while integrating seamlessly through Zapier and APIs. they helped us quickly onboard partners, standardize the sales process, and turn one template into thousands of personalized, data-driven proposals. They were very cost-efficient for our needs and getting us launched. **What do you dislike about Fresh Proposals?** The wysiwyg would often be lagging and we ended up needing more customizations over time than the team could support- however its because we outgrew the system because we scaling so quickly. I think if you have a set need that doesn't have as many dynamic features as we needed this is a fantastic option for you and can't rate their customer service high enough. What I like the most about this tool is that each proposal allows me to be saved as a template, so when I have a new prospect to send to, I do it from a saved template that saves me a lot of time. I just have to change some details within the proposal. I like very much that I send a message to my prospect inside the tool, I don´t need to use gmail or other else. I like that I can see when the message is opened, and how much time the prospect use to read different parts of the proposal. The proposal is online so a prospect can see it everywhere as he has internet connection. But when I chatted with the support, they told me it's in the roadmap and boom in a month i had Czech translation, and I was able to start with my first proposal, which was accepted :) the next thing in which Fresh proposal helped me was writing contracts for my recurring service, which I had planned for a long time, but I didn't know where to start. And there came Fresh proposal templates in which I inspired, and finally, I wrote my service contracts. I had several checkboxes when I looked for proposal software and Fresh proposals meet them all. **What do you dislike about Fresh Proposals?** The UI isnt the best i saw and sometimes its little buggy, but overwall for the value its really minor and they are improving constantly. The most important benefit for me is that my proposals looks professional and are well accepted by the clients.
