Sometimes the proposal editor can automatically snap or align things where you don't initially want them. This is not a big deal and there is an option to turn off auto-snap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We worked with Fresh Proposals for the last several years before we had our team build our own proposal system. I will say Jay with Fresh Proposals and their team is fast responding and great to work with, they helped us get to the next level until we hired our own development team. Some features I really enjoyed was the automated proposal creation at scale with dynamic customization, instant pricing updates, and built-in eSignature—all while integrating seamlessly through Zapier and APIs. they helped us quickly onboard partners, standardize the sales process, and turn one template into thousands of personalized, data-driven proposals. The wysiwyg would often be lagging and we ended up needing more customizations over time than the team could support- however its because we outgrew the system because we scaling so quickly. I think if you have a set need that doesn't have as many dynamic features as we needed this is a fantastic option for you and can't rate their customer service high enough. Doesn't support the PayPal payment gateway nor offline payment like (Cash On Delivery Manual Bank Payment, Custom Payment Gateway).

I liked how professional the proposal looks when clients view it vis-a-vis PDF or PPT. As we've got our template ready, we can send proposals quickly now. It used to take before.

The best part of the tool is the analytics. You get instant notification when someone is looking at your proposals. You get fine information on how your clients are accessing your proposals. I sell high ticket services and my proposals are usually long. What I like the most about this tool is that each proposal allows me to be saved as a template, so when I have a new prospect to send to, I do it from a saved template that saves me a lot of time. I just have to change some details within the proposal.

I like very much that I send a message to my prospect inside the tool, I don´t need to use gmail or other else. I like that I can see when the message is opened, and how much time the prospect use to read different parts of the proposal.
