The system over all is very easy to use, and faster than you might think. We ship daily and the last thing I want to worry about is how much time it is going to take to process shipments. Bouncing between different websites to find the best carrier, either by cost or transit, is almost painful. With Freightview you quote, select carrier, fill in shipment details, schedule pick up, and print paperwork all from one site. That's all there is to it, and it flows from one step to the next with few hiccups. When there is a problem, the team is always there and able to help out. My only real complaint is that with some carrier it takes much longer to get transit and pricing - ometimes long enough that the API times out. That may be due to the carriers sytem and not a Freightview problem, but it's my only real complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
