FreeCrm as the name says is free cloud CRM tool that supports up to 100 users and up to 10 MB of storage space (which is not that large), if i remember correctly it was named one of PcWorld's 15 best free services for entrepreneurs. If you own a small company and if you are not that rich this is a best freemium you can try for a while. This is open source which offers unlimited customization to represent your company the way you want it and therefore it is a nightmare to configure it, you need a professional or a team to configure CRM properly, freemium version comes without technical support and it's only free for a one year. Unfortunately the free version comes with restrictions and forcing you to take the premium packages but it is good to try it first and then decide if you want to keep it or not.
