What do you like best about FreeCRM?

For really no cost this is a worthwhile CRM system to use for many biz types. Gives you great client database and tools to organize and access Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreeCRM?

The current tool doesn't have as many filters as Hubspot CRM. For my work, it's necessary to use filters and a health score. Currently, I am a customer success manager, and I need a more comprehensive tool to propose a better experience for my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreeCRM?

The free version is nice. It has a lot of options and tools you can use. I like the call scheduling part of the CRM. As you load a contacts phone number you can schedule out a call in the CRM which makes it handy not to have to go back and forth between multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Free CRM tool for up to 100 contacts. Easy to set up and use, can import contacts from several external sources. Great CRM for little to no expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Free CRM is good if you have a small list of contacts that you are looking to nurture, if you start to grow you will probably outgrow this CRM rather quickly. You can upgrade plans but comparing prices may lead you elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreeCRM?

The main benefit of using a browser-based CRM solution is that you will have zero or little hosting costs.

Your client and organisational data can be exported from Outlook or e-mail accounts into free FreeCRM using a built-in mapping function. E-mail templates can be created merged with your contacts and distributed using your e-mail system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreeCRM?

This software is a great starting point for those on a small or limited budget and is a great way to consolidate customer data for the first time. What do you like best about FreeCRM?

FreeCrm as the name says is free cloud CRM tool that supports up to 100 users and up to 10 MB of storage space (which is not that large), if i remember correctly it was named one of PcWorld's 15 best free services for entrepreneurs. If you own a small company and if you are not that rich this is a best freemium you can try for a while. There is also a premium package ($ 25 per user per month and up) with live support, unlimited data storage and other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreeCRM?

This is open source which offers unlimited customization to represent your company the way you want it and therefore it is a nightmare to configure it, you need a professional or a team to configure CRM properly, freemium version comes without technical support and it's only free for a one year. Unfortunately the free version comes with restrictions and forcing you to take the premium packages but it is good to try it first and then decide if you want to keep it or not.
