**What do you like best about FreeCRM?**

For really no cost this is a worthwhile CRM system to use for many biz types.  Gives you great client database and tools to organize and access

**What do you dislike about FreeCRM?**

limitations in certain areas and need to pay for full capability.  Doesn't give integrations with certain email programs or financial software like other CRMs do.  Overall the pros outweigh cons based on the price.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeCRM:**

give it a try! I really thought it was a useful tool and would still be using it if my company was still offering it but we switched to a propreitary CRM offered by our financial marketing agency offering better integrations with our daily tasks.

**What problems is FreeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

this is great for those who aren't currently using a all encompassing cRM.  Need better tools to organize and manage a client database and can integrate into email.  Found I was able to sort and find clients/prospects very easily.

**What do you like best about FreeCRM?**

I really like the organization of my customer portfolio. To have a pipeline and be able to see all my customers.

**What do you dislike about FreeCRM?**

The current tool doesn't have as many filters as Hubspot CRM. For my work, it's necessary to use filters and a health score. Currently, I am a customer success manager, and I need a more comprehensive tool to propose a better experience for my customers.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeCRM:**

If you want a basic tool, I recommend it to you, but if you need to use more complete filters, it is better to use another one.

**What problems is FreeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I never had a technical problem using this tool, but I consider it a basic tool.

The only free tool which can do everything:

1. It has CRM & Sales Dashboards
2. It can give CRM & Sales Reports
3. It has Email Integration
4. Easy Email Marketing / SMS Marketing
5. Marketing Automation possible
6. You can do Appointment Management
7. You can manage leads

**What do you dislike about FreeCRM?**

The tool is a bit complicated for a person who is not from a tech background. You will need someone from a technical team to assist you.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeCRM:**

A good software if it is free of cost.

We are able to do sales tracking through this software.

**What do you like best about FreeCRM?**

FlowLu offers CRM features such as lead management, contact management, quoting, invoicing, and project management. Flowlu’s unique selling point (USP) is that it also offers a few business management features such as project management and accounting. This makes it ideal for first-time CRM software buyers who want to automate functions such as sales, marketing, customer service, and finance.

**What do you dislike about FreeCRM?**

I feel that Flowlu’s task management interface could be simplified. I noted that the numerous features in the free version, such as contact management, financial management, and task management, can take some time to familiarize.

**What problems is FreeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business management functionality saves time since you don’t have to toggle between different apps. I realized that the knowledge base feature is easy to use and helps the customer support staff quickly address all queries.

**What do you like best about FreeCRM?**

The free version is nice. It has a lot of options and tools you can use. I like the call scheduling part of the CRM. As you load a contacts phone number you can schedule out a call in the CRM which makes it handy not to have to go back and forth between multiple systems.

**What do you dislike about FreeCRM?**

It looks a little outdated. I don't like that the free version is only free for your first year.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeCRM:**

Try it out. It works for a temporary solution. I haven't tried the upgraded CRM so maybe that one is much better.

**What problems is FreeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The free CRM is good to keep your contacts information in a central location. Save a keep contact information. I like being able to make tasks and check them off as they get finished.

**What do you like best about FreeCRM?**

Free CRM tool for up to 100 contacts. Easy to set up and use, can import contacts from several external sources. Great CRM for little to no expense. 

**What do you dislike about FreeCRM?**

Free CRM is good if you have a small list of contacts that you are looking to nurture, if you start to grow you will probably outgrow this CRM rather quickly. You can upgrade plans but comparing prices may lead you elsewhere.

Good CRM if you have a small list of contacts/prospects to manage.

**What problems is FreeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilized Free CRM for a client that had a very small office with great success. They were able to keep their sales contacts flowing and their followup organized and on schedule.

**What do you like best about FreeCRM?**

The main benefit of using a browser-based CRM solution is that you will have zero or little hosting costs. 

Your client and organisational data can be exported from Outlook or e-mail accounts into free FreeCRM using a built-in mapping function. E-mail templates can be created merged with your contacts and distributed using your e-mail system.

**What do you dislike about FreeCRM?**

This software is a great starting point for those on a small or limited budget and is a great way to consolidate customer data for the first time. However, as your company progresses you will want to switch to a more sophisticated program that may not be free.

**What problems is FreeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This CRM software will do nearly everything that the paid for versions offer, however, some more sophisticated functions will need to be paid for. The fact that this software is free of charge makes choosing this CRM package is an easy choice to make

**What do you like best about FreeCRM?**

FreeCrm as the name says is free cloud CRM tool that supports up to 100 users and up to 10 MB of storage space (which is not that large), if i remember correctly it was named one of PcWorld's 15 best free services for entrepreneurs. If you own a small company and if you are not that rich this is a best freemium you can try for a while. There is also a premium package ($ 25 per user per month and up) with live support, unlimited data storage and other features.


**What do you dislike about FreeCRM?**

This is open source which offers unlimited customization to represent your company the way you want it and therefore it is a nightmare to configure it, you need a professional or a team to configure CRM properly, freemium version comes without technical support and it's only free for a one year. Unfortunately the free version comes with restrictions and forcing you to take the premium packages but it is good to try it first and then decide if you want to keep it or not.


**What problems is FreeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my previous company we used it to track sales opportunities, from the initial qualifying customers (when the sales process is at the very beginning), through various sales activities (meetings, presentations, demonstrations), until the moment of contracting, which is a desirable end sales process for each sales opportunity ( sales opportunity can be closed and canceling or loss, which also should be recorded). Recording all activities, depending on their type and performance increases (or decreases) the probability of achieving sales chances.

The software is so easy and user friendly. Our office uses it daily with any employee operating it with no issues.

Nothing really to dislike. Every employee has praise for Free CRM

It is a great free CRM database that allows you to use most features as Apto and REA. I would recommend this to anyone. This is a great software

It does not have all of the features of Apto and REA it still is a great software for someone looking for a free software.
