Depending on the market, competitors are either more agressive or following the unspoken rules. However, there is little one can do if the competiton is hiring specialazied click farms. Gladly, we can now eliminate them step by step with Fraud Blocker. Also the support was great throughout the process - answering quickly & thoroughly explaining everything. **What do you dislike about Fraud Blocker?** At first we started with the monitoring mode to famailiarize ourselves with the tool - the sliders tha indicated whether the IP ad. got blocked moved towards "autom. blocked" although we were in monitoring mode. They obviously did not get blocked but it was confusing - the support took notice and is working on it :) Also the difference between the IP ad. in the "fraud score" tab vs. those in the "report" tab wasnt quite clear for me. New features are innovating the space. Our latest favorite is the GeoIP blocking at an account level. Even though our campaigns are restricted to certain Geo's, traffic used to sneak in from the ad platform. Fraud Blocker provided me with a solution that is very simple to set up and that works very well. It was very easy to install, it really only took a few clicks to add code to tag manager and connect Google Ads account. Within 2 days of operating, it reported enough fraud and got me enough refund money from Google to pay back the cost of their month's subscription, and blocked many fraudulent IP addresses seamlessly. The whole setup is very easy and it basically operates on a "set it and forget it" mode. Their team was also very helpful, got on a call with me, helped explain more how their tool works, showed me the fraud it already blocked, and even recommended additional security measures to add to my site to combat click fraud - they really wanted to help me combat the fraud problem on my landing pages, going beyond just helping with their tool. **What do you dislike about Fraud Blocker?** Honestly, I really like everything. One thing I suggested they do is to add a good onboarding video explaining things better to a new client on the tool. Their support team really gave me a great overview on the call, and it would be even better if they had it recorded in a standard video instantly accessible to new clients. **What problems is Fraud Blocker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their tool detects fraudulent clicks very well, flagging up bots very seamlessly. It then reports the fraud clicks to Google, getting Google to refund me money for fraud clicks, and also blocks all fraudulent IP addresses.
