Some of the visualizations could be "freshened up" a little. We didn't have the engineering resource to build it all from scratch, especially as our product is complex and data heavy. 2) We needed a setup that created near zero developer dependency, so our engineering teams could focus on user-facing product. That meant we were looking for a robust tool that could be set up once, and then had everything else in terms of workflows, data reporting, RBAC, etc. set up 3) We needed to sustainably fix our friction in support. Forest Admin does a lot of smart automatic deductions of field types/names, selects appropriate editing widgets, creates smart relationships between references, and visualizes them clearly. **What do you dislike about Forest Admin?** It is sometimes hard to achieve more complex tasks when they do not align with the framework. I recommend reading the docs clearly what is and is not supported. Furthermore, the docs are very well structured and easy to follow, but they could be a bit more comprehensive. Having a flexible and efficient back office tool is a game-changer for my business, and ForestAdmin does the job brilliantly to help us scale. To start with, ForestAdmin is an exceptionally user-friendly no-code/low-code tool, making it a seamless experience for those of us who are not technically inclined. Yet, it still provides the depth and complexity that developers appreciate. You're allowed to manage your data and workflows without coding everything from scratch, significantly reducing the workload. I love the Workspace feature so much! ForestAdmin provides comprehensive database support, from MySQL, PostgreSQL, to MongoDB, and more. It is a significant advantage, especially when handling complex data structures. Furthermore, the interface is very intuitive. You can easily create, read, update, and delete records, making everyday tasks a breeze and creat customized smart actions ! The role-based access control system deserves a special mention. The granular user permissions let you control who has access to what (actions, datas...). It provides a robust security layer and ensures sensitive information is only visible to those who need to see it. **What do you dislike about Forest Admin?** However, like any other tool, ForestAdmin is not perfect. While the software is very intuitive and easy to use, the learning curve can be slightly steep, especially for those without a technical background. Some more extensive documentation and a wider range of tutorials and use cases would go a long way in addressing this. But the customer support is incredible and super reactive. **What problems is Forest Admin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Forest Admin has been a phenomenal tool for solving various pain points that we've encountered in managing our back-office operations. One major problem Forest Admin has solved for us is the simplification of data management. As our company has grown, so has the complexity and volume of our data. Before using Forest Admin, we would spend a significant amount of time navigating multiple databases and trying to maintain consistency. Now, with Forest Admin's unified platform, we can manage all of our data across various databases from a single location. This has drastically reduced the time spent on data management and increased our operational efficiency.
