  ### 1. Clunky system that gets the job done

**What do you like best about Footprints EMR?**

The fact that it organizes work orders and automates process flows. There is a lot you can do in the system from a tracking standpoint and it is customizable to some degree. 

**What do you dislike about Footprints EMR?**

The system in itself is not visually pleasing or at today's modern standards. It works, but sometimes you really have to dig to find what you need. Administrators need extensive training to get the most out of the system, but it's relatively easy for end-users.

**What problems is Footprints EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has helped automate processes and improve quality control. Overall, processes regarding workflow have improved significantly with turnaround times being able to be tracked and helping to identify bottlenecks.

**What do you like best about Footprints EMR?**

It's easy enough to use. It does update for the most part

**What do you dislike about Footprints EMR?**

Often time it crashes resources if you're not using a 64 but server 2008 (at least) software. They don't fix their issues, just patch and hope it works. Often 50/50 shot of patches fixed issues or created more issues

**What problems is Footprints EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was a good inexpensive ticketing system. Just moved to a new one

Format/Layout and ease of use are the best feature.

Footprints is rather ugly to look at and isn't convenient or intuitive for certain situations.
