Fongo is a good application that can suit a small team very well. The features are limited, but when the needs are basic, it gets the job done and can be quite suitable. The prices are really very low on the market. **What do you dislike about Fongo Works?** The call quality is not the best. Sometimes, clients tell us that it cuts out and they can't hear us well. We were also surprised to find out that the desktop platform (the application, actually) is available with the Pro plan, but only on Mac. Therefore, we had to install an emulator on our employees' computers to access the application, which was essential for our business. Additionally, they were not able to retrieve our phone number that we had with Telus, and we had to change numbers. **What problems is Fongo Works solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didn't have a problem per se; it was really a matter of costs. Fongo allowed us to save a lot of money compared to Telus, and we were able to reinvest those savings into other important aspects of our business. ### 2. Pricey PABX or IP phones are no match for this feature filled freemium service. ### 4. Also, the interface is a little to simple - it is not the most visually appealing. **Recommendations to others considering Fongo Works:** Do not have multiple apps open at the same time as Fongo Works. Close the app when you are finished with it. **What problems is Fongo Works solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solved the problem of having a second phone number to use as a a business line without having to purchase anotehr phone.
