  ### 1. Flexible and Affordable Conversational NLP for Sales Teams

**What do you like best about Flyte?**

Ability to measure sales reps on various metrics, including overall ratio of speak vs. listen, number of interruptions, overall sentiment, etc. Also the ability for the NLP engine to look out for specific key terms including competitor names. This helps Marketing and Sales Enablement to ID valuable nuggets of industry / competitor intel that may be useful for future training. I love that Flyte integrates with HubSpot as well as with Teams and Zoom.

**What do you dislike about Flyte?**

The interface could be improved in future iterations. Also, there are still some glitches with NLP in terms of recognizing more specific, clinical / scientific terms or distinguishing competitors' names that may sound like generic words (e.g., Epic). The team has been great at addressing our feedback as quickly as possible. I'm confident the NLP will become more and more powerful in future versions.

**What problems is Flyte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have one sales trainer and one sales manager overseeing a fairly large team of relatively new sales reps. Flyte helps ensure quality conversations without the management having to be on all sales calls. In addition, Flyte helps with gathering competitive intel and other industry-specific insights and is thus very useful for our team of subject matter experts and our Marketing team.

**What do you like best about Flyte?**

My top priority is looking to save time when it comes to note taking during discovery calls. I like the amount of time it has saved me, and the fact that you don't get an extra "attendee" in the Zoom call that is required for note taking.

**What do you dislike about Flyte?**

It's some what early days for Flyte in terms of a full feature list, but I am sure some of the tweaks needed for getting final notes (and in particuar action itmes and highlights) into a CRM will imporve over time.

**What problems is Flyte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency in the ealry stages of our sales cycle. We are a growing, small team and any gains in efficiency are helpful - so note taking and follow up is a priority. When the team grows, I suspect the sentiment analytics will be more valuable.

**What do you like best about Flyte?**

Flytie is incredibly easy and intelligent to use as an audial note-taker. It organizes conversations and analyzes interest and buying intent feelings in the exchange.  It's unlike anything else I have seen out there in this aspect.

**What do you dislike about Flyte?**

It does take a bit to run the analysis, but this is not a big problem as it is not a real-time tool but a tool for post conversation analysis.   I expect as time continues to see improvements in the analysis speed so that it could be used to adapt conversational content right during the meeting.

**What problems is Flyte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flyte removes the need to take notes while conversing with a client. More importantly, it interprets subtle language cues that may have been overlooked or missed during the exchange. It also highlights takeaways, actions, and data points with supreme accuracy, making follow-up conversations and emails spot-on.

**What do you like best about Flyte?**

Flyte is a profound AI tool that enables my team to understand where they are in their sales process and what they can do to move it forward. Trackers in place that allow me to know where we stand against our competitors (competitive insights) and deal intelligence within all stages are now a critical component of my team's daily processes.

**What do you dislike about Flyte?**

Nothing! Onboarding, support, responsiveness and design are all available. There is new functionality being released often, and if there is something they don't have that you need, they'll often build it.

**What problems is Flyte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Closing more business for my team and making our sales process more enjoyable and intelligent for our prospects. Understanding what is working and what is not with actionable insights to make the changes needed.

**What do you like best about Flyte?**

Flyte is simple to use and works in the background.  You can be up and running on Flyte almost instantly and the time it gives you back in your day is worth its weight in gold!  The quick analysis of notes, organization and ability to go back to any conversation and find anything you may have missed has proven to be extremely valuable.

**What do you dislike about Flyte?**

Nothing so far.  Maybe the ability to export the full conversation could be valuable for coaching reasons.  This could be in the tool already and I'm just unaware.  Love the tool.

**What problems is Flyte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flyte gives me the ability to focus more on the conversations I'm having with clients and less on making sure I take down every single note.  Its a huge timesaver in putting those notes directly into SFDC.  This has a major impact when a rep churns from an organization so you can see the conversation they had and not relying on someone else's notes.

**What do you like best about Flyte?**

Flyte provides extensive, details analyses of your conversations. We use it primarily for client conversations. It doesn't just tell you about who talked when and for what percentage of the time, it also shows sentiment analysis (positive, neutral, and negative)

**What do you dislike about Flyte?**

The analysis itself took some time to be presented. I assumed that was because of the deep analysis it was performing. I'm sure that as processing speeds continue to rise, this will not be an issue.

**What problems is Flyte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flyte allows the Sr. Leadership team to evaluate client conversations on a neutral platform. It's a way to compare apples to apples performance in an objective manner.

**What do you like best about Flyte?**

I love being able to see myself outside of the meeting through an unbias lense

**What do you dislike about Flyte?**

I would like key results or metrics e-mailed to me. I do not go into the application often because we are a small but mighty company. Sometimes the words are heard differently than we are saying them, again this could be for us to learn to pronounce the words better, or maybe it is the technology.

**What problems is Flyte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to engage with the customer and not take notes while meeting, so we are genuine in our meetings, even though they are virtual. I feel like my improvement in behavior is a direct benefit of using this platform.

**What do you like best about Flyte?**

The price is reasonable, it does most things well, and is simple and easy to use. Enough analytics are offered, and the notes generated are fairly comprehensive.

**What do you dislike about Flyte?**

However, it misses the mark a little in the notetaking - I noticed it had missed a few points here and there that I would've included in the summary.

**What problems is Flyte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to take notes during calls with customers and potential customers. Saves time and allows me to listen more intently.

Great way to get customized insights on external calls, allows you to focus on the customer rather than notetaking and analysis

No option yet to automatically turn off Flyte for internal calls

**What do you like best about Flyte?**

I love the fact that Flyte can capture salient points from my client conversations so I'm able to maintain call notes in one place. I am able to search specific points that our clients specifically highlighted. Super impressed by the topics and notes! Additionally, call insights such as sentiments, engagement, curiosity generated through Flyte are extremely helpful to coach myself for follow-up discussions. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to save time on their call and build better relationships with their clients.

**What do you dislike about Flyte?**

Nothing specifically, but it would have been better if I could open a mobile app.

**What problems is Flyte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I always wanted to make sure that I track every detail that our client is discussing on the calls. Besides that, I try to understand and capture the moments when customers are expressing concerns or mentioning competitors. Flyte has solved that problem for me. It’s amazing to see how competitor and product level insights are aggregated for a duration which is very helpful to understand the trends.

**What do you like best about Flyte?**

I like the key insights feature as it helps me to know what my client found most important, so I can be sure to address these things. The ability to look at notes by subject, and also the talk time for subjects and interruptions also helps me to coach myself up to improve in how I handle calls. I also like the ability to share meeting notes with colleagues, clients and into my CRM

**What do you dislike about Flyte?**

Nothing I can think of - the customer service is great and Flyte uses feedback to improve the feedback and add to the product roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering Flyte:**

Flyte is fantastic. It has saved me so much time when it comes to going from back-to-back meetings. Focusing meeting time on jotting down notes while listening intently to a client is difficult - Flyte has let me just click a button and not have to worry about that anymore.

I'm capturing key insights, driving more deals through, and increasing engagement on calls. I've also found that it helps with coaching myself up or my teammates based on common points of contention we find in meetings. The ability to filter by "topics" is super helpful. Thank you, Flyte!

**What problems is Flyte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the ability to clearly focus on what my clients are saying rather than multi-tasking between jotting down notes and focusing intently on speakers. I've also found that it helps me to learn commonalities between clients based on organization type, so I learn more on how to "sell" to certain personas.
