What do you like best about Flyte?

Ability to measure sales reps on various metrics, including overall ratio of speak vs. listen, number of interruptions, overall sentiment, etc. Also the ability for the NLP engine to look out for specific key terms including competitor names. This helps Marketing and Sales Enablement to ID valuable nuggets of industry / competitor intel that may be useful for future training. What do you dislike about Flyte?

The interface could be improved in future iterations. Also, there are still some glitches with NLP in terms of recognizing more specific, clinical / scientific terms or distinguishing competitors' names that may sound like generic words (e.g., Epic). The team has been great at addressing our feedback as quickly as possible. I'm confident the NLP will become more and more powerful in future versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flyte?

My top priority is looking to save time when it comes to note taking during discovery calls. I like the amount of time it has saved me, and the fact that you don't get an extra "attendee" in the Zoom call that is required for note taking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flyte?

It's some what early days for Flyte in terms of a full feature list, but I am sure some of the tweaks needed for getting final notes (and in particuar action itmes and highlights) into a CRM will imporve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flyte?

Flytie is incredibly easy and intelligent to use as an audial note-taker. It organizes conversations and analyzes interest and buying intent feelings in the exchange. It's unlike anything else I have seen out there in this aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flyte?

It does take a bit to run the analysis, but this is not a big problem as it is not a real-time tool but a tool for post conversation analysis. What do you like best about Flyte?

Flyte is a profound AI tool that enables my team to understand where they are in their sales process and what they can do to move it forward. Trackers in place that allow me to know where we stand against our competitors (competitive insights) and deal intelligence within all stages are now a critical component of my team's daily processes. What do you like best about Flyte?

Flyte is simple to use and works in the background. You can be up and running on Flyte almost instantly and the time it gives you back in your day is worth its weight in gold! The quick analysis of notes, organization and ability to go back to any conversation and find anything you may have missed has proven to be extremely valuable. Flyte provides extensive, details analyses of your conversations. We use it primarily for client conversations. I would like key results or metrics e-mailed to me. I do not go into the application often because we are a small but mighty company. Sometimes the words are heard differently than we are saying them, again this could be for us to learn to pronounce the words better, or maybe it is the technology. What do you like best about Flyte?

I love the fact that Flyte can capture salient points from my client conversations so I'm able to maintain call notes in one place. I am able to search specific points that our clients specifically highlighted. Super impressed by the topics and notes! Additionally, call insights such as sentiments, engagement, curiosity generated through Flyte are extremely helpful to coach myself for follow-up discussions.
