
Ability to measure sales reps on various metrics, including overall ratio of speak vs. listen, number of interruptions, overall sentiment, etc. Also the ability for the NLP engine to look out for specific key terms including competitor names. This helps Marketing and Sales Enablement to ID valuable nuggets of industry / competitor intel that may be useful for future training. The interface could be improved in future iterations. Also, there are still some glitches with NLP in terms of recognizing more specific, clinical / scientific terms or distinguishing competitors' names that may sound like generic words (e.g., Epic).
