What I appreciate most about Flycore is how it's purpose-built for aviation businesses rather than being a generic CRM we have to force-fit to our needs. The automated text messaging has been incredible - it reaches our prospects at exactly the right moments without us having to remember to follow up manually. The pricing flexibility they offered made it possible for us to actually make the switch when we thought we were stuck with our old system. Most importantly, our entire sales team is now aligned and working efficiently together instead of fighting against clunky software that wasn't designed for flight training operations. Honestly, the biggest challenge wasn't with Flycore itself but with breaking free from our existing Salesforce contract. Flycore also offers fantastic and timely prodcut support, both in the case of a product request or bug fix. It has been extremely easy to bring new employees up to speed with the use of Flycore, the menus are intuitive and the ability to drill down a list of customers keeps our team organized and allows them to spend more time where they need to.
