The automated text messaging has been incredible - it reaches our prospects at exactly the right moments without us having to remember to follow up manually. The pricing flexibility they offered made it possible for us to actually make the switch when we thought we were stuck with our old system. Most importantly, our entire sales team is now aligned and working efficiently together instead of fighting against clunky software that wasn't designed for flight training operations. **What do you dislike about Flycore?** Honestly, the biggest challenge wasn't with Flycore itself but with breaking free from our existing Salesforce contract. The transition required some adjustment as our team learned new workflows, but Flycore made that process as smooth as possible. Any initial learning curve was quickly offset by how much more intuitive the aviation-specific features are compared to what we were using before. **What problems is Flycore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flycore solved our lead leakage problem - we were losing potential students because our follow-up processes weren't fast or consistent enough. Before, deals were dragging out over a month because our team wasn't coordinated and our CRM was working against us rather than supporting our sales process. Now we're converting more than double the leads and closing deals in less than half the time. Our operations team has reclaimed 8 hours every week that they used to spend on manual data entry, so they can focus on actually growing the business instead of just maintaining spreadsheets and fighting with software. ### 2. Having the entire team on the same platform and able to collaborate and see each other's work has had the impact we hoped. We've cut down on our time from initial inquiry to discovery flight and training by 30% – even with staff turnover. I believe these offerings long term will make our business run in a way that provides a better student experience with less overhead cost. Flycore also offers fantastic and timely prodcut support, both in the case of a product request or bug fix. It has been extremely easy to bring new employees up to speed with the use of Flycore, the menus are intuitive and the ability to drill down a list of customers keeps our team organized and allows them to spend more time where they need to. Our admissions and scheduling departments are in the software every day, ensuring no customers get left behind. **What do you dislike about Flycore?** Currently, I have no downsides. Any bugs get fixed immediately upon discovery and we are able to work closely with the team to suggest new features. **What problems is Flycore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Flycore, we were manually tracking over 100 customers on an excel sheet.
