**What do you like best about Flowback?**

Flowback helps me provide clear, well-written bug reports and articulate new feature ideas with the right amount of relevant detail. As a result, issues get addressed more quickly, and new features are more likely to be implemented and launched.

**What do you dislike about Flowback?**

The main downside right now is that the agent sometimes asks extra questions at the end before submitting, which I don’t think are necessary for our system. For example, it will ask, “How many people does this problem affect?”

**What problems is Flowback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a non-technical person, I find it really cumbersome to add the right level of detail to a Linear issue. I’m often asked follow-up questions, which tells me I’m not capturing things effectively. Because of that, I started avoiding sharing feedback and just living with issues, simply because I hated the process of adding feedback. Since using Flowback, it’s been quick and seamless, and the agent gets all the details out of me having to overthink how to write it up.
