
Flowback helps me provide clear, well-written bug reports and articulate new feature ideas with the right amount of relevant detail. As a result, issues get addressed more quickly, and new features are more likely to be implemented and launched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside right now is that the agent sometimes asks extra questions at the end before submitting, which I don’t think are necessary for our system. For example, it will ask, “How many people does this problem affect?” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
