# What's the best performance management software for aligning sales compensation with company values for your organization's needs?

I always try to pin down whether I'm looking at a data layer or something that actually runs compensation calculations before evaluating a tool like this. I've assumed a reporting platform would handle the calculation logic before, only to find out mid-project it was never built to do that.
