I think they have to include some improvements in the AI bot. It would be helpful if we could take a screenshot of any part and upload it on the building page to make specific changes. When I was starting with FlexiFunnels, the long videos, like three or four-hour ones, were very lengthy and boring. I don't want to watch 15 videos of four hours each. It's boring for beginners. Initially, there should be quick learning, like twenty minutes or thirty minutes videos that are to the point. Long videos make us want to run away and don't feel like watching at all. My experience with FlexiFunnels has been very disappointing. Their main focus seems to be earning money, not supporting customers.

Before payment, they conduct many webinars and show big dreams and promises. But once they receive the money, the support almost disappears. There is no proper help or resolution of issues. Instead, they keep delaying until the subscription period is close to ending, and then they ask for money again to renew.

I have discussed my concerns with around 5 to 7 different members of the FlexiFunnels team over the last 2 months. Every time, I received the same typical marketing responses like “we will help you soon” or “our team will get back to you”. Unfortunately, no real help was provided.

For the last two months, I have not received any meaningful support or solution from the team—only repeated follow-ups, webinars, and marketing talks.

When my users buy the course, they can't access the subscribed courses on the same platform. They get the course page separately through a link sent by FlexiFunnels via email. I think it's too much of a process and needs improvement. I'd like to have access to the course on the same page, working like a web application, all in a single page.
