The worst platform to use for Linkedin and email outreach. **What do you dislike about FlashRev?** We used this platform for several months, and it was by far the worst product we have worked with. We encountered numerous issues when adding LinkedIn accounts, and the LinkedIn add-on itself was extremely unstable, frequently failing to load or function properly, which made it essentially unusable. The email warm-up feature caused serious damage as well. Instead of protecting sender reputation, it generated high bounce rates that ultimately damaged—and within three months completely killed—all of our domains. On top of these issues, communication and customer support were extremely poor. The email warm-up feature killed domains with bounces. The intent search was initially useless due to glitches, including issues with selecting the language for emails, which wasted a lot of time. The payment system was very crooked; despite asking to cancel the subscription for 3 weeks, the platform still attempted to debit money. The system didn't generate invoices, requiring multiple support contacts to receive them. I use it every day to find prospective clients and can engage with them on the same platform. We are able to easily integrate our CRM. And there is an AI-driven genie now that answers any questions we might have. **What do you dislike about FlashRev?** Flashinfo has worked on its connectivity of calls and the results are much better now. **What problems is FlashRev solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flashinfo helps to consolidate many softwares into one. It has an autodialer that helps to reach more prospects with the same connect ratio so there are more meaningful meetings. It helps with the tracking of how many calls have been made so I can plan my day accordingly. Simply put, the interface is intuitive and easy to set up, there is support with the help of an AI chatbot called Genie. I see many features that will be beneficial to my outbound outreach. **What do you dislike about FlashRev?** It doesn't have a CRM built in and that is something we will have to get ourselves. **What problems is FlashRev solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problem was to get the right data that we could target, through the demo and the trial we have seen good results for data. The 30 plus filters help to narrow the search down. Also, there are 4 intent signal features that help to hone in on the right client, especially the social intent. It automates many of the outbound sales motion steps. There is great insight that can be had with in the platform and coaching can be given. I send more than 100 emails a day with a lot of text/images in it but nothing is done manually everything is automated and I just look at the analytics at the end of each day and get to my potential prospects accordingly. The dialler is also good - allows me to make multiple calls in a session and also allows me to leave prerecorded voicemails which at times come through and get a prospect on the table for me. I like the call forwarding feature as I work on the field and in the office and my day totally depends on which client I am trying to attend to. I also rely and like the email sequencer alot - It is an excellent feature to use to generate new business and also to upsell. I create our sequence usually for a week but at times we set it up for a month also and I have this peace of mind that when I am not on my desk - the emails are still going to land in their inbox. **What do you dislike about FlashRev?** Don't like the inbound calling feature when I am doing other things because there is noway to mute it and it can be annoying. Apart from that the platform is super easy to navigate and understand. Customer support is also decent when you need it. Not much else to dislike. **What problems is FlashRev solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped me with my email problem. The automation has helped me a ton. I also like the dialer when I have to generate some new business as I tend to pick a day in a week and make some bulk calls as I can set my data list up in a parallel dialer and make 10 parallel calls smoothly without any issue. It has helped me generate new business and at the same time kept my existing clients warm also by sending them emails in a sequence every week. ### 47. Has a lot of features and automations which help me a lot in my day to day operations. It has a warmer, it tells you which folder the mail is landing in and also when creating a template you can use AI to auto create templates for you in different tones. There are more features also but I am a big fan of the emailing sequencer. **What do you dislike about FlashRev?** Data freshness can be an issue at times. However, the rest is all good. Easy to use and quite easy to navigate around and good support if you do end up needing it. **What problems is FlashRev solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flashino has solved a few issues for me as a user. When I can't source data via their social intent feature then I just import my own. My work involves sending a lot of emails along with detailed .pdfs for our clients to understand our solar and roofing products. The automations have made our life easier. I don't have to do any manual work which is a relief. I also use their dialer for an hour or so every day and it works just fine. Overall I am satisfied with the platform as it works great. ### 48. In my previous role I was required to make 375 calls a week - I usually did 500 in a week but that took a lot out of me. I had to do a lot of manual work and the only automation I had was in my emails with analytics which were so hard to understand. Not only is FI easy to use, it also literally was made for Sales reps who want to do some serious heavy outreach and when you pair that with great analytics it makes your life easy. **What do you dislike about FlashRev?** I think it would be good for FI to consider having their own CRM. I think that is the only thing missing in my opinion from this platform. **What problems is FlashRev solving and how is that benefiting you?** The solutions are great. For me, I really find the parallel dialer the most valuable feature. I am able to make a lot of calls without doing any manual work. I procrastinate a lot to take new trainings and learn new applications but with FI I pretty much picked it up in a day.
