**What do you like best about FIT-Notes?**

A very convenient and fast app for noting down exercises to do and body weight changes. It is complete with many functions and various training programs can be scheduled to follow.

**What do you dislike about FIT-Notes?**

It would be better to improve the management of the timer, making it more visible and adding functions to manage all exercises that require sets and repetitions.

**Recommendations to others considering FIT-Notes:**

At first, it will seem like a very difficult app to use, but after trying it for an hour, you realize that it is very simple and very intuitive.

**What problems is FIT-Notes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this app, it is possible to also manage the training schedule to follow and read the history of exercises done to then analyze all the improvements.
