Helps with critical incident response. Brings ease to in-field organization and strategizing. Not hard to navigate through. Easy to train new users on the concepts. Cuts down the chaos. **What do you dislike about First Responder Support Tools (FiRST)?** I don't like that only designated admins can post which is not beneficial if the admins are all interoffice. We need individuals who are currently in the field to be the primary users. For optimal usage, this is the better way to go because they can better visualize and input what is actually in front of them to help communicate with all other users.
