Interface was relatively easy to use, although there is a bit of a learning curve. There's a lot of data, but it's up to you to slice and dice it, so when you first use the system, it's a bit overwhelming. You'll be assigned an account manager who will spend as much time as you need personally helping you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Organizations mis-categorized. Contact data not accurate. Overall, we found the platform to be a waste of money. Unfortunately, Fintrx locks you into a year-long contract, and they will stick you to it. A very expensive lesson well-learned. We will never again use this company and hope others learn from our mistake.
Also, the way they train their salespeople makes the experience feel more like buying a used car than subscribing to a B2B software platform. Perhaps it was just the salesman we got, but it was unpleasant and in retrospect, it is clear that he didn't care about providing value; he was just trying to make the sale.
We tried to use the platform for a couple of months, found that the learning curve was too high, found the data poor, and went to the company with a desire to leave or at least get a pause. These requests were met with a blithe "No." So, we let it collect dust for the remaining ten months of the contract.
Caveat emptor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
