**What do you like best about Finalsite Communications?**

That it smoothens the admission process for students seeking a qualified process. It is a highly used notification system attracting business

**What do you dislike about Finalsite Communications?**

Notifications can sometimes trigger to the same person more than once rather than a digest email

**What problems is Finalsite Communications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a user, it enables me to stay notified of latest updates of school and its easy to keep track of the schedule

**What do you like best about Finalsite Communications?**

It is easy to use and very customizable. You can implement 'trees' where if, for example, you send an email and one user opens it and another does not the second email sent in the campaign will be different. Easy to use templates for quick deployment.

**What do you dislike about Finalsite Communications?**

The limits on the base product is limited however, they take the average over a 12 month so if you go over one month but don't use all of your emails the next month you are not charged extra.

**What problems is Finalsite Communications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy communication to our secondary users espically for our enrollment team.

Very intuitive in it's design and setup. The help desk is excellent. I especially like their chat feature.

I can't think of anything bad about the product

Being able to segregate the web page updates to the average user
