we have used filetrac for 4 years now for all our files daily and it is an excellent system for the entire claims process, from keeping up with contacts and due dates. there is alot of useful tools, my favorite that saves a significant amount of time is you can create templates with "tokens" which will pull specific information (example: claim number, insured info, claim info, policy details, VIN: etc) from the claim file and practically automate reports. its also useful generating production reports and billing with keeping others up to date by sending text/email alerts within the diary notes

It is very user friendly and all the datahappens to be in one place. Its a great communication portal.One can able to do all billing and calculate and pay outs in the same software.

I like how they manage different agents all on one platform.
