That's actually what caused us to sign up. **What do you dislike about Figpii?** As time went on, we felt like they were just leading us on month to month. Not really giving us what we needed as far as A/B testing was concerned and as far as their support. **What problems is Figpii solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are offering a A/B testing service to help you to design your website in the most optimal way for conversions. ### 2. See a video of site visitors browsing it and clicking to end your speculation. Analyze aggregate data on user interaction with different pages. An AB test can determine whether my designs are performing as they should. The best aspect is that it's pretty simple; there's no need to spend hours sifting through detailed reports or combining data from several tools. Live chat assistance is offered on both the website and the apps. Except on weekends, I consistently heard back from anyone I contacted within a few hours. **What do you dislike about Figpii?** Despite the app's excellent AB testing and polling, the heatmaps and video recording seemed unsteady around the edges. **What problems is Figpii solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the most attractive A/B testing features of other platforms. We organize research-related workshop training and post it on our website. I can easily monitor prospective participants' activity while visiting our event page. ### 3.
