Data or Report filtering option is missing into Mobile App. If someone want to see his past call logs or ticket history then it is not easy to search using mobile app. Also not supporting more than 500 or 700 line item into the drop down list or Pick List. This limitations should not be there. Also need to improve dependency level fields as currently it is one to one. But it should be one to many. So that any organization can fulfils their requirement in term of any granular level data to their sales or service employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Field EZ is Handy to use all Data will be displayed in home screen in single shot example Graphics and pie charts and also Tickets are being displayed by Workflow , status so this makes easy to plan for the day to schedule and meet customer requirements , and here we can upload images so that it is easily recognizable through face if there are multiple users by same name and here we can upload Schedule as well and Filter is available which is very use full,It reduces Excel Work and saves lot of time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we have Bulk Tickets to upload in Excel csv file even there is spaces and special character ,file doesn't gets uploaded and it would be better if it shows specific error after uploading like which line in excel there are errors ,it takes some time to load the content and when switching from one ticket to other ticket , and appearance there are some large characters which makes portal to scroll down , it would be better if it can be Modified and make appear little small Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The entire FieldEz team was very fast in innovating an ATS and Field Solution which helped my est-while organisation (a fortune global 500) win a big contract with a respected client. The expectations from client was complex and already had established competition, however solution provided by FZ team was critical in the service commitment and deliverable.
