"Good Application"

What do you like best?

This software allows to create predefined answers by

Tickets, email, chats - all in 1 software. You can review performance of each sales track, how much hours worked, how many emails answered and chats were taken through dashboard

What do you dislike?

Would be great to integrate translator in chat, When customer opens new window new chat comes, would be better if his chat was linked during one session

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

customer assistance, good support team and timely help with all the bugs cleared as on time.

"Easy to use "

What do you like best?

FieldEZ has a lot of capabilities. Whatever ideas we come up with that could better help our needs, it's possible to create. Not only are we able to configure the system as necessary for our needs, the FieldEZ - PS team is always considering our ideas for new updates.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I dislike is the struggle it can be to install the mobile app. It's not a very hard process, but it's not intuitive to users who are not tech comfortable/savvy--it's not as easy as many are used to with just going to the App Store or Playstore.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's a great product that can be molded to fit your company's needs, and the support is great.

"Awesome product "

What do you like best?

I love how the documentation system - the user guide and how easy it is to keep track of client's issues, how often they have called in, etc.

What do you dislike?

I wish that the process was more streamlined and the customer support team can be even more streamlined to solve the issue sooner.

FieldEZ allows us to keep track of all of our clients effectively and gives us a cohesive space to document all client interaction. It makes keeping track of everything our different teams do so much easier.

"Best Field Force Management "

What do you like best?

The Fieldez has great features like dashboard, offline GPS tracking and great Expenses management functions - it make my field employee employee easier

What do you dislike?

What i dislike the most is - the sleekness of the app - that could be great if the app is more light and sleek and it will be very easy to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The Expanses claim and offline tracking of my employee has made easier - it has saved me about 40% on the expenses.

"Saves Time and Simplified Process "

What do you like best?

I appreciated the mobile app and ability to view info about my team and help customers get what they needed quickly.

What do you dislike?

No real comment here, just hoping or more opportunities for customer feedback in the future!

Talk with their customer service first, they're pretty flexible and willing to help with how your organization specifically can utilize the products.

"Good Expenses Claim Application"

What do you like best?

The Expenses Claim Applicaiton at fieldEZ really helps me to claim the daily expenses of my employees - and get approval with the manager in a click

What do you dislike?

Applicaiton is little slow apart from this everything is fine and looking for more bug free environment in fieldez app

I have moer sales people working on field - fieldez helps us to claim the expeneses on the go and one click approval by the manager

"FieldEz is a good product"

What do you like best?

im using fieldez for ios - earlier with android , when compared to both - i found ios fieldez app is very sleek and quick to capture the location and claim for expenses

What do you dislike?

i have submitted the bugs to support team as im currently facing it, i hope they have currently worked on it and waiting for next release.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best?

Really simple and easy to use features. I like how it is Very practical and always coming out with new and improved features.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that it sometimes gets stuck or freezes, but it isnt very often. I really dont have much complaints.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Just makes my job a lot easier.

"User friendly Product"

What do you like best?

Easy and flexible configurations ,it has a lot of features like asset management,expense management,contract management under one roof.

What do you dislike?

Can improve the UI/UX experience of both client and web features

Elimination of paper work orders, increased productivity and efficiency, service history functions, reduced time to bill and invoice customers and expense.
