**What do you like best about Fidelity PMS?**

The most helpful about Fidelity PMS is the evaluation and analysis flow and presentation. It is the best part as it guides first-time users on how to work through the software.

**What do you dislike about Fidelity PMS?**

I sometimes feel that they can enhance their presentation's graphing side, amend the use of commands/tabs, and reduce those as sometimes we are clicking unnecessarily to reach the goal.

**What problems is Fidelity PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in the Financial Planning business segment, and it helps me present the client's needs and requirements and I benefit from it by getting more customer interaction and business
