The integration to other systems is beyond compare. We have had zero issues with integration to the multiple other non Oracle systems we use. The interface is customizable for each department or user if you want to allow it. We worked with a third party for integration; they lead the effort in concert with the PM from Opera. Training for the system was in person and was excellent. It ran well and questions were asked and answered with the trainer onsite. Go live had trainers available to the end users.
