It allows field operations teams to submit maintenance tickets easily from a desktop or mobile device. It also serves as the preventative maintenance schedule system.

**What do you dislike about Fexa Smart Facilities Management Software?**

The reporting is pretty basic and fixed. It should be catered to the client and provide better reports on where spend and issues are derived from. This would help leaders immensely.

**What problems is Fexa Smart Facilities Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is serving as the primary escalation and vendor routing platform for onsite issues. This is helpful given the amount of locations that are in the portfolio and the issues that come up.
