&lt;p&gt;Enterprise-grade platforms handle onboarding at scale well when HR systems are properly integrated from the start, with real-time sync keeping data consistent across tools. Where it starts straining is around exceptions to the standard onboarding flow that weren&#39;t accounted for in the initial automation design.&lt;/p&gt;
