"Simply the best MLS for Consumers and Professionals"

What do you like best about Flexmls?

Fully intuitive for basic use but also sophisticated to meet the requirements of involved professionals.

Down time is almost non-existent.

The customer tech support is also top notch with written and video guidance as well as phone support.

Flex is also very responsive to requests and makes improvements constantly.

Flex allows our larger parent organization - MichRic - to make changes quickly and at a reasonable cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexmls?

I wish the graphics on the customer side were more serious looking.

Address searches sometimes don't pull up previous listings, skipping over obvious minor differences such as a compass direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we chose Flex, we looked at seven other providers and Flex was the hands-down winner in every respect.

Flex provides a RELIABLE, accurate database which is at the core of market research.

Search options and customizability make it easy to create exactly what I need to streamline the processes.

"Amazing tool for House Hunting"

What do you like best about Flexmls?

I have been using the flex-mls for the past year during my house-hunt and it is literally the most useful tool ever! It gives you access to all new listings as soon as they hit the market, is constantly updated, and has a trove of great information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexmls?

To this day i haven't found any issues with using this specific tool. It supersedes all of the sites like Zillow and Redfin Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
