What do you like best about Flexmls?

Highly customizable searches – You can build very specific search criteria and save them for clients, which makes repeat searches much faster.

Real-time MLS data access – Listings, status changes, and updates are accurate and timely, which is critical in a fast-moving market.

Client portals – The ability to send curated searches directly to clients so they can review and interact with listings on their own time.

Mobile-friendly functionality – You’re not tied to your desk; you can pull comps, check listings, and respond quickly while on the go.

What do you dislike about Flexmls?

Clunky interface – The layout isn’t always as modern or user-friendly, so it can take extra clicks to get where you need.

Learning curve – There are a lot of features, but they aren’t always easy to discover or navigate without training.

Inconsistent speed – At times, searches or reports can feel slower than expected, especially during peak usage.

Limited visual experience – Property displays and search results aren’t as visually polished as some newer tools, which can make client-facing presentations feel less dynamic.

"Simply the best MLS for Consumers and Professionals"

What do you like best about Flexmls?

Fully intuitive for basic use but also sophisticated to meet the requirements of involved professionals.

Down time is almost non-existent.

The customer tech support is also top notch with written and video guidance as well as phone support.

Flex is also very responsive to requests and makes improvements constantly.

What do you dislike about Flexmls?

I wish the graphics on the customer side were more serious looking.

Address searches sometimes don't pull up previous listings, skipping over obvious minor differences such as a compass direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we chose Flex, we looked at seven other providers and Flex was the hands-down winner in every respect.

"Amazing tool for House Hunting"

What do you like best about Flexmls?

I have been using the flex-mls for the past year during my house-hunt and it is literally the most useful tool ever! It gives you access to all new listings as soon as they hit the market, is constantly updated, and has a trove of great information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexmls?

To this day i haven't found any issues with using this specific tool. It supersedes all of the sites like Zillow and Redfin Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
