**What do you like best about Famla AI?**

I find that Famla saves a lot of time for the formalization of processes in complex environments. Between interviews, mapping, AI, everything is done to make life easier for continuous improvement managers and general management. The tool is efficient in terms of time to provide the mapping. Easy to use as well. And not much training is needed to use it.

**What do you dislike about Famla AI?**

The price seems a bit high to me, with a business model based on credits. For complex processes, the bill can quickly rise.

**What problems is Famla AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Famla solves process visualization problems and allows all stakeholders to align in terms of performance and process.
