# Which Epicor implementation partners specialize in training delivery and staff adoption for factory operations?

Partner training vs internal champions isn't quite either/or. The champion usually is the person the partner trained hardest. Where it falls down is when a partner trains the project team, who are office-side, and the floor supervisor who actually becomes the go-to person learns by trial and error and teaches their own workarounds. So the question for a partner is less "do you train" and more "do you train the people who'll be asked questions at 6am on the floor."
