Of course, the AI-assisted sourcing and messaging are also a big plus. **What do you dislike about FactoryFix?** The candidate search page still needs further development and improvement. I’d like more visibility into how jobs are distributed across job boards and social media pages, so it’s clearer where postings are going and how they’re being shared. **What problems is FactoryFix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Definitely the outreach and sourcing, especially posting through different channels. Becuase we have niche skill sets, it was great to se how quickly they amended skills so we could reach the right audience. Co-Pilot has been a big help in engaging with potential candidates so that I can focus on results. I feel like this has great potential to grow, and I look forward to what else is next. My favorite feature is it feels like this is built for our blue collar industries which means we can reach the right people. There is truth to its platform, where others have promised a fix but never delivered. This was easy to use, easy to set up and implentation was a breeze. The customer support is brilliant and quick. **What do you dislike about FactoryFix?** FactoryFix is still new compared to Indeed, so the candidate pool needs some growth. However, that is something I can work with becuase they feed Indeed, otherwise I don't have a negative experience to report. **What problems is FactoryFix solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am finally using AI in a way that I feel keep the human touch. I am only one person and there are a lot of resumes to review and questions to ask. I can see the Co-Pilot conversations and I can add to them, review them and use that to tweek Co-Pilot's focus for outreach. Its like having an assistant helping me out so that we can get more done. I cannot be there 100% of the time depending on business needs, but Co-Pilot is ther for me 100% of the time. My stress level has decreased significantly because I really want to ensure candidates get answers, feedback and clarity during the application process. ### 4. I am able to view all my appliants in one easy to see tracking systmes. The co-piolt helps to provid AI feedback on some of the candiants that answer my inputted screening questions. If I am struggling with a postion, the AI helps to generate questions, job posting, and desription that may be more attractive to applicants scanning job boards. We have been with Factory Fix since the beginning of their launch and this company has it figured out! Customer Service is always on point and are amazing to work with. **What do you dislike about FactoryFix?** If you need to cancel service, you cannot break the contract. At times we have had hiring freeze for 6 months and we still have to pay for services during your freeze. **What problems is FactoryFix solving and how is that benefiting you?** My time spent on recruiting has decreased, the ROI on this systmes is worth it. ### 5.
