I like that I am able to post and take down post at any time. I am able to view all my appliants in one easy to see tracking systmes. The co-piolt helps to provid AI feedback on some of the candiants that answer my inputted screening questions. If I am struggling with a postion, the AI helps to generate questions, job posting, and desription that may be more attractive to applicants scanning job boards. We have been with Factory Fix since the beginning of their launch and this company has it figured out! Customer Service is always on point and are amazing to work with. If you need to cancel service, you cannot break the contract. At times we have had hiring freeze for 6 months and we still have to pay for services during your freeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are a good resource for people to apply and very easy for me to sort through them. It is easy toturn jobs on or off as needed and reuse information for new jobs.It sends me an email when people have answered the questions. Very easy to use, more intuitive than other job posting sites. Really like the ability to search the database and do direct outreach. We were able to interact with qualified candidates within 24 hours of signing up. Have made several hires through the FactoryFix platform. We are a small business (~15 employees), so 3-4 hires is a significant number for us! We will continue using FactoryFix as our primary tool for hiring skilled workers. Offers search capability as well as a "co-pilot" feature, which engages with prospects to help qualify them and save time in the recruiting process.
