**What do you like best about EZ Maintenance?**

As a part of a maintenance management project assigned by our clients, I worked using EZ Maintenance tool. It was agile and user-friendly. The features and functionalities were explicitly designed to optimise maintenance management. Tracking inventory activities was much easier using this software.

**What do you dislike about EZ Maintenance?**

Customer support was not helpful. I almost felt that some agents were unaware of how the tools work. EZ Maintenance needs to work on their support desk. This is essential for any organisation.

**What problems is EZ Maintenance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client's maintenance management process has been optimised.`We were able to track activities such as planning and scheduling efficiently and generate reports accordingly.
