This has been very helpful. I find the inventory stock status report very helpful so that I can see my inventory levels in real time. The integration seemed pretty good. Easy to use. We have been using this system for almost a decade now. so we have seen it grow from its humble beginnings to the robust system it is today. What do you dislike about Extensiv 3pl Warehouse Manager? They will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING! Guys EVERYTHING! (Customer Service) Good luck trying to get your Customer Success Manager on the phone, we have to schedule meetings with the guy weeks in advance. (Custom Reports) Do you require a report with one missing column? Sure, it will cost you $350 and above... but not before you have to fill out a form that is so damn complex... \*\*\*We've lost track of how much money we've already spent on reports we should be able to make ourselves\*\*\* (Customer Profiles) They will give you five customers to get started with, after which they will charge you $25 per customer after that unless you upgrade to one of their higher tiers. (EDI Connections) Extensiv 3pl will force you to purchase all these add-ons after you have spent hours trying to locate the best EDI firm to design and handle your communications, such as SPS or others.
