**What do you like best about Explore Analytics?**

Easiness of connecting data with ServiceNow, ease of use, intuitiveness, high end views and dashboards and good support.

**What do you dislike about Explore Analytics?**

It can get slightly expensive but its benefits outweigh the cost.

**What problems is Explore Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using Explore Analytics for 5 years. 
We needed a reporting/ dashboard application that could very easily connect to ServiceNow without building a separate schema, build high end visuals and dashboards, had live connection with ServiceNow and not much ongoing data maintenance. 
We have realized all these benefits and more.
