What stood out was the support throughout the sales process and once becoming a customer. We received excellent support from the sales team led by Annette while trialing and while we were concerned about losing some support once we became customers, we've continued to get great support from Brian and the rest of the team. Generally the direction of the product has also been impressive. We are trying to give our customers as hands on of an analytics experience as possible and Explo perfectly blends giving customer control to create their own analytics without overloading them with an overcomplicated UI. Explo lets you take your database and use drag-and-drop tools to create visualizations in minutes. I appreciate the simplicity of setting up how you want to display the data and the variety of features that the Explo team continues to implement. You might need to know your way around SQL and a data warehouse to get your database set up, but past that, anyone can experiment and play with creating visualizations in the Explo editor.

There are times that I feel constrained with how I want to use my data because of a mismatch between how I have it structured and how it would interact best with the Explo product, but if you have a handle on SQL then there's a lot of room to work around that divergence.
