The amount of chart types and ability to customize dashboards stylistically to fit in with our product. We were worried that by forgoing building in house we may suffer some flexibility or specificity of charts and dashboards but we haven't encountered any of that. They are more than satisfactory and the variety they offer goes beyond what we reasonably could've built in house.
