I appreciate the simplicity of setting up how you want to display the data and the variety of features that the Explo team continues to implement. You might need to know your way around SQL and a data warehouse to get your database set up, but past that, anyone can experiment and play with creating visualizations in the Explo editor. Explo is currently looking at new features for their roadmap, and they've opened that process to review from their users, which is fantastic! They're adding features that will elevate the tool's usefulness even further. **What do you dislike about Explo?** There are times that I feel constrained with how I want to use my data because of a mismatch between how I have it structured and how it would interact best with the Explo product, but if you have a handle on SQL then there's a lot of room to work around that divergence. **What problems is Explo solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team needed a quick way to be able to build and iterate on visualizations of our immense database so that we could relay that data to customers. Lots of continuous improvement. Architect functionality solved a key need for us and allowed us to mitigate scope creep in our existing customer-facing reporting suite. CS and PMs at Explo are quick to answer questions/resolve issues, and ask for feedback often, which is appreciated. **What do you dislike about Explo?** Some quirks and missing features make it hard to provide the optimal reporting experience we'd like to our customers (such as inability to conditionally hide elements or templates, some formatting limitations with Architect, restrictions that make it harder for us to track product analytics for reporting usage.) Dashboards take too much time to load sometimes. Security concerns as the data might be risky. **What problems is Explo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is generating various dashboards from our data in very efficient and minimalistic manner. They are easy to build, and the team is highly supportive regarding onboarding and answering queries. **What do you dislike about Explo?** Explo is still early and is developing its product. That is it! But that doesn't concern me. Their team develops features so quickly! **What problems is Explo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The multi-tenancy feature of Explo is helping us provide client-facing dashboards that look neat and are easy to maintain and debug.
