data reports download in excel format,

flexible to add new fields in the membership Form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Explara Membership Management Cloud?

Some members said it is unfriendly to access.

EDM system is unfriendly to send bulk emails, need to create multiple templets.

Multiple administrators unable to share and execute the same duties.

Feedback from members, events registration system is very slow and buggy.

For social media fields : unable to add to website (URL)

What do you like best about Explara Membership Management Cloud?

Easy creation of events and tracking of event campaigns. Creation of embedded widgets to promote events.Also ability to integrate my own payment gateways. The ability to run marketing campaigns. Since Explara exposes the events as widgets, it is possible for end-users to experience Explara without knowing that they are using Explara Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Explara Membership Management Cloud?

That I need to adjust the timezone (of event completion) to IST. Would like Explara to explore more in the CRM space - that converting prospects to members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
