Expensya is available in both mobile store (Apple / Android) and for the Admin panel , the web application is a very good platform. Through the Admin Panel , the manager can set anything related to the company policy ( Rules /workflow /Integration ). I think Expensya should improve the user experience , to have a nice experience . For my case , I'm using Expensya at least twice a week , to add my professional expenses , i'm quickly refunded y my manager and the expense note is archived easily. We tried the Uber integration which was quick and flexible, kudos to the Integration doc and support team which clarified our doubts on priority. I would recommend you not to choose Expensya if you are using existing Oracle Finance tools. The good integration with Quickbooks was quite helpful. **What do you dislike about Expensya?** The automatic recognition makes some mistakes sometimes, but the verification phase allows to blow them away. I find the interface a bit old-fashioned and "clumsy".
