# How does the Oracle technology stack and reseller ecosystem support growing enterprise teams?

I'm researching how the Oracle technology stack and its reseller ecosystem actually support growing enterprise teams, and wanted reviews behind it. Reviews here cover delivery and infrastructure more than Oracle stack specifics, so the ecosystem angle is partly a community question. In the Oracle resellers category, three come up most: Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, and Capgemini. The wider list:

Tata Consultancy Services: scale and cost-competitive global delivery that reviewers say flexes as teams grow.

Cognizant: enterprise domain expertise across ERP and cloud, with faster time to market.

Capgemini Services: large teams and platform depth for expanding, complex environments.

CoreSite: interconnection and cloud onramps that reviewers use to scale infrastructure and bandwidth.

ZONES, INC.: procurement and OEM pricing visibility, useful as purchasing volume grows, on a small review base.

For growing enterprise teams, which reseller scaled with you across the Oracle stack? And where did the ecosystem help versus add coordination overhead?

CoreSite sitting in the same list as TCS, Cognizant, and Capgemini is worth pulling apart, since it's solving a genuinely different bottleneck. CoreSite is interconnection and infrastructure capacity, not implementation services, while the systems integrators are solving a people and delivery-capacity bottleneck. A growing team could add all the interconnection capacity in the world and still be stuck if their integrator can't scale headcount fast enough to keep up with new Oracle work, or vice versa, have plenty of delivery bandwidth and still hit a wall on network capacity. "Which reseller scaled with you" probably has two separate answers depending on which of those two bottlenecks actually bit first, and they're not really comparable on the same list.
