Exenai lets me build live, Bullhorn-native tools without a dev team. We replaced static PDF status reports and disconnected Power BI dashboards with Connect Apps that sit directly inside Bullhorn records: a client-ready candidate Tracker, a firm-wide Search Status Board, and a Top Candidate Finder. The data stays in Bullhorn, so nothing gets re-keyed. The MCP connector is a force multiplier: I build and iterate with Claude against live data, and version history with rollback lets me move fast on tools the whole firm depends on. ‘Dislike’ is a strong word, and there isn't anything I would say I particularly dislike about working with Exenai.

As with any innovative technology development, there have been occasions where we've had to revisit the drawing board, push timelines back or discover further into a project that certain ideas weren't technically feasible.
