Exenai builds governed AI, a consumer-grade candidate experience and managed automation for recruitment and executive search firms on Bullhorn and Invenias. Connect is a governed gateway that presents as one MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot and reaches every system connected to it, with permissions, guardrails and a full audit on every request. It is also an app host: describe the tool you need in a few lines of plain English and it runs inside Bullhorn or Invenias, or standalone alongside them, in minutes. Candidate gives everyone who applies to you one place to find roles, apply and follow every step to their first day, on your domain and in your brand, reading from and writing to your system of record. Automation as a Service is a fully managed service. You tell us the outcome; our team builds it, runs it and supports it.
