The service management module supports the full operational service cycle rather than service billing alone. Core capabilities include: Mexican payroll with electronic stamping (timbrado), incidents, overtime, severance (finiquitos), and bonuses (aguinaldos), connected to project, manufacturing, and HR costs. Project management with budgets, Gantt charts, progress and site tracking, resource allocation, and per-project cost and profitability control, integrated with purchasing. Configurable manufacturing for different production processes, defining steps, materials, resources, and costs, linked to inventory and actual labor costs. Human resources, including employee records, vacations, permits, forms, and incident tracking. Financial and commercial operations: configurable quoting, CRM, accounting, electronic invoicing (CFDI), collections, payments, purchasing, multi-warehouse inventory, point of sale, and an interest-bearing loan (core banking) module. Evidence ERP is most commonly used by companies in services, project-based and engineering work, manufacturing, distribution and commerce, construction, logistics, and retail.
