# How do you handle management reporting gaps in Everbridge 360 AI incident workflows?

I like Everbridge 360 AI for end-to-end event lifecycle management, especially enrichment workflows, correlation rules, escalation policies by severity and impact, and customizable communication templates. The correlation and deduplication help turn raw alerts into meaningful events and support troubleshooting and audit compliance with proof that incidents followed a defined process. My challenge is that management reports do not always have the detail or format I need, so I end up building a separate dashboard. How are others handling reporting and audit-ready management views without duplicating work?

I’m in a similar spot: the platform is great at turning real-time threat signals into actionable insights and coordinated comms, but reporting flexibility still feels limited. I’ve also found initial configuration and workflow customization can be less intuitive than the day-to-day incident workflows, which adds to the learning curve. For me the value is still in having threat intel, automated alerts, and response coordination in one place, but better management-ready reporting would reduce the extra dashboard work.
