Before using the platform, our processes were more manual and fragmented—alerts could be delayed, communication wasn’t always consistent, and it was harder to quickly understand which people or assets were impacted. With Everbridge 360, we’ve improved our ability to centralize incident detection and response, automate notifications, and target the right audiences more quickly. This has helped reduce response times, improve coordination across teams, and increase overall situational awareness during disruptions.
