Makes day-to-day people management easier, not more complicated. The system is clean, quick to navigate, and doesn’t bury you in unnecessary steps. I can get to the information I need, attendance, performance, documents, whatever, without clicking through a maze.
The dashboards give me a clear snapshot. When I do need support, their team is responsive and genuinely helpful rather than giving scripted answers. It feels like software built by people who actually understand HR work, not just tech people guessing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main thing I dislike is that you can’t view or retain previous work patterns for individuals. When you update someone’s working hours, the system overwrites their existing pattern instead of storing the old one. That causes issues with annual leave calculations because any leave already taken gets recalculated based on the new pattern, not the one that was actually in place at the time. It means the remaining entitlement isn’t an accurate reflection of reality.
Having the ability to create a new pattern while preserving the historical one would prevent this and give a much clearer audit trail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
